I assume the above posts are tongue in cheek humour If not then Google are tlking about the content of the pages being for the visitors, what they are saying is that if you build a site for the user, with the best usability functions, you will have a better chance of ranking. By this they mean pages that are focused on a topic, and a site that has a good internal navigation system. They just forgot to mention that you also needa shedload of inbound links
