my clicks are increasing, but again the earnings remain at $0.10 how does Google determine the clicks to be fraud or genuine? or can i safely assume that those clicks that they reflect in my stats will be those that are approved by them? Then if that is the case, a case of me improving my CPM would get my earnings up right?

or hack a free one. that would be easier but less fulfilling than creating your own . modifying an pre-made template will save you a lot of time and still be able to add changes you need/want.
