Take an xxx domain before other one does

Hi there,

what will happen if I will take a new domain name .xxx before another person (read company holder) does.
Am I guilty then or should they give me another amount of $ to take this domain from me?

Be aware that if you register a domain name that is a legal entity's name (such as a company like inc, LLC, partnership, persons, etc), then they have the legal right to the domain name. Also be advised that domain name "sitting or camping" for the sole purpose of making a profit from a company or person is illegal and legal action can be taken.

Yes, that may be possible as long as your products/services are not the same as Facebook.com.
