I exercise every day, I'm not recommending other people do it as most people say it's best to have a few days off a week to recover. but here's what I do: about 30min's on ab's and muscle training then a 7-8km run (every second day I do a 16km bike instead of the run) my biggest problem is the diet. I find it really hard to eat healthy love the soda and chocolate's to much Can't complain through I'm in quite good shape now, muscle's hurt a bit every day not sure if that's a good thing, but hay what can you do!
I am a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp owner... I exercise 9 to 12 hours a week!! Hardest thing is controlling my eating!
I exercise 3 or 4 times a week. I only do resistance training, not aerobics, because I need to increase my weight, not lose some. For those like me doing brief resistance can build muscle and increase weight. It also doesn't burn up much calories.
