I looked at your website and the ads look great...BUT When you hover over the menu above it comes up invisible and is coming over the top of the AdSense ad. This could be seen as trying to trick someone into clicking on accidentally. There is no writing in the menu and this could be seen as a trick.

change adsense 250x250 <--> popular post. change all font. make similar to adsense font. use same font on all site. add "little" color to title of ads.
