I just completed the survey. For the cost question I answered 'Yes, but a little'. Since there are so many social networking sites around today, people aren't going to want to pay for a membership for one when there are plenty of bigger and better ones which are free. I would suggest creating a free membership which restricts members to certain permissions, and a paid membership. I.E. Uploading music, viewing adult pictures etc.
