what do you want us to say about a three topic forum ? My eyes hurt after 2 minutes on your site because of the green. And i didn't understood what the website was about :-??

Here's my 2 cents - I think the green is a preference thing and there isn't so much that it's horrible in either case (whether you like it or not). The trouble I had was deciphering the intent of the forum. After glancing over the topics I'm guessing for gamers and webmasters? But webmasters who have gaming sites?

My point being that J4UC might have a byline that makes it more obvious who the target audience is - especially for those of us who aren't gamers or haven't a clue about that particular culture :)

Another thing - when a forum is dead then it makes it difficult for others to participate. It's like driving up to a restaurant and the parking lot is empty but the place is open. It's empty for a couple of reasons - one of which is that the food is bad or the marketing is bad. People make the same assumptions about forums - either the content is bad or the marketing is bad. Find places to market your forum - other places people are chatting.

    Hope that helps!

The logo is extremely hard to see, "domain name" is misspelled. You could also try a more persuasive "join now" message, there is no incentive to join over the countless other similar forums. Definitely needs more content. Try holding some contests or host a give-away to draw users.
