How can make my website page to do that i.e bring up a pop-up when the user clicks off? I need the code, and how to edit it to fit my site (window height, width, etc)

look it up. I can't remember the name but there is software which helps you create these. just do google searches.

 

As long as you get the code you will see where to change sizes.
