the images are in no way aligned in order to decieve the user on what the ads are.

I thought it was a good idea to bring focus to the ads.

 

Talk about drawing undue attention to the ads. There is no way that this is not considered 'drawing undue attention' to the ad unit. This is very much against TOS.

The deception issue is another one entirely.

That was actually a very good idea, petty I never thought of that. I don’t know if it’s against Google TOS because the image isn’t making the ads seem like something else.

Wow! Very interesting concept, however Google will not be very happy with it specially because there is porn involved.

I don't think it's against TOS. It simply highlights the box where ads are located, it doesn't imply anything about the girl having to do with the ads below. I have come across something similar here. Look at the bottom of the page. It seems ok, doesn't it?

I dont think that is against TOS? Would be interesting to see what the Adsense team say about that.

 

That 2nd one is 100% against TOS and the top one is more than likely also against TOS。
