    If you found it in an image search then it isn't a proper ad unit. I think it's quite good actually - even if it is real I quite like it.

    It looks like sort of AdSense background, but I don't know why the term "bringing undue attention to an ad" comes to my mind. :D

    Why would it be against TOS? Im not disagreeing, but I see no reason. There is no pornography involved. She might be wearing a skin colored body suit, for all you know. :p

    Adsense Backgrounds are definitely allowed by Google, but this may end up crossing the line. You are allowed to show non-specific images as a background, but this one takes that concept a little too far.
