Do you have a low conversion rate? The ads stick out at me (they're the only thing I see when I load the page, I have to scroll down to get to the content). They look nice and are blended well with the site. If you have a decent ctr the issue is probably with traffic, not the ads. How many visitors per day do you get?
3.12% is fine, you just need more traffic. My site that's 1.5 years old get 50-60 unique visitors a day and my ctr is under 1%. You need to increase your traffic and you'll do better. Try some web directories, submit your site to different social bookmarking sites... anything that'll raise your pagerank. You could also try trafficswarm.com but it's time consuming.
nice design, simple and clean. i like the ad placements. try changing the navigation to the left side and see if you get more impressions. i know blogs usually have navigation on the right but i think the left panel is more heat sensitive on click maps. also try making more use of the menus up top in terms of content organization if possible.
I just saw one adsense unit in your site.. Try to consider adding Link Unit's too... Link units are doing pretty well for me
Let's see... The domainname is "wrong". The promise of "free money" is running rampant throughout the web. Sure, there are still people looking and falling for such promises, but most will simply think "scam ahead" and not visit your blog The first thing I see on your blog is an AdSense block. Seriously, what gives? Let's say we meet in real life and before I even introduce myself, I hand you a flyer. What would you think? Your blog entries are generally to short and shallow. If you want readers, you have to offer more substance. A good article takes some time to reseaarch and write. To me, neither color scheme nor site logo appear to be well adapted. Personally I prefer cooler colors (warm is for passionate sites). You are taking about making money, so a shade of green might suit you better as well as a logo, that somehow symbols money in a non obnoxius manner. Basically the CTR figure given by you should be normal and looks to be on the average side. Maybe you want to try and experiment with different ad placement but I doubt that will do any help. Maybe you can also monitor whether ads served by google are relevant or otherwise. Sometimes this could be one of the reasons.
