Is anyone else having problems with tagbridge this morning? my vps is down and their helpdesk license is expired.

Same problem here. All servers are dead and ticket system doesn't work. Hope this is going to be solved soon.

Hi everyone,

There was an issue with Caros invoicing which we had contacted them about a couple weeks ago, unfortunately due to their delay in responding to us they disconnected all the servers we had with them, not just the ones with the billing issue.

Needless to say it will be the last time we work with CaroNET, I have never had a problem getting a simple issue like this resolved in 7 years.

I do apologize for the inconvenience but believe me we were exhausting all methods of contact to get the issue resolved and restore service for everyone.

Thank you everyone for your patience, and if anyone is experiencing any more issues, feel free to submit a ticket.

Just so you know, we do not offer Phone support at this time, however it is something we will consider offering in the future.
