Tag Widget As List?

does anyone know of a tag widget that is just a list of all the tags, that has the number of posts that tag is in

 

I have one on my sidebar at http://www.wperror.com
if you hover over it, it shows how many posts have the same tags
its called ultimate tag cloud widget

OK use this one Taxonomy List Widget
It has the option for you to have numbers next to each tag
I have added it to my site http://www.wperror.com so you can see an example in the sidebar

 

yea that looks good thank you so much acquifolio ive been so used to lists that can show my visitors the amount of content i have. ive been looking for awhile it gets tiring. i hope i can remove the underline

 

because it displays as a link it will use your style sheet to style it like all your other links
the only way around it is to create a separate style in your style.css file for those links and add it into the plugin file where it outputs the link

maybe you can help me, ive installed the plugin and its activated, i removed my last tag widget but this one doesnt show up. theres nothing in the edit. was there something im missing
