Tag @everyone in a facebook group doesn't work.

Hello guys.

Have anyone experienced problems with the tag @everyone in his/her facebook group?
Not that it doesn't get highlighted blue.
I mean that it doesn't send notifications to anyone. Literally to 0 people.

I can't find a way to fix it.
I have also other groups and it works there.
It's only a specific group.
And I can't reach a facebook technician.
There is only "report a problem" and I already did that.

So, does anyone have any idea if it can be fixed??

Have you tried checking the group's settings or maybe reaching out to other admins?

 

I've had the same issue before, and it turned out to be a group-specific glitch. Try checking the group settings and member notification preferences to make sure everything is enabled correctly. Clearing your browser's cache or switching devices could also help. If that doesn't work, it may help to just wait a couple days, otherwise you should contact support.

I only see @everyone and @highlights.

 

I mean, you can try it in other languages. Sometimes @everyone works better in different languages on Facebook. Example @herkes tuskish.
