Tag deletion in posts (SEO Question)

Hey all,

Now i want to delete tags under my posts, when you are reading the article you see there many tags which are used, so if i'll delete them then my SEO results will be worse? These will affect my SERP's positions?

 

Hi you can delete them and redo the tagger then edit it down to a better list it does not seem to edit once you publish.

 

But if i will delete tags under the posts, then i will get worse results?

 

I doubt that removing the tags will change the rank you have now and it will have very little effect on future ranking. Google also takes the over all look of the site into consideration. If you delete a lot and just add the ones you want it should not have any adverse effect.
