    The Adsense site as well as Google Webmaster tools have a lot of analytic tools as does google analytics site

    I've looked through adsense and analytics, and cant see how i can make a report via IP address, and clicks?

    there is a site 'BudURL' that will help you to set up tracking, that may be what you seek.
