    Its is very basic any tips, for seo, layout adsense etc?

    maybe you could have some better header..
    It is hard to read links on the footer of the site ..

    it is very simple, maybe to simple (design).

    the colours you have selected makes my head hurt, you need to sort that out, you can also try testing ads on the left side to see if there are any increase in clicks.
