    Gurus Guide to T-SQL. Amazon & barnes and Nobles have it.

    Glad I could help.

    I used this exact book when I was converting over huge database to MSSQL.

    There are many converters out there but it helps to know the ins and outs so that when you need something custom (as I did) you have the resources to look it up.
