Hey, I'm looking for the best way to design a t-shirt. Is there any special apps for this? Or any good layouts that can be used in Photoshop? Thanks, Ryan
I would usually just create a new 2000x2000 pixel image in 250-300 resolution and design away. threadless.com is a good place to get shirt placement templates and stuff.
Hi, can you be a bit more specific? I thought I had an answer for you based on some logistical considerations but you lost me with the last bit of your question... "Or any good layouts that can be used in Photoshop" do you mean like a blank t shirt sort of thing? Typically you design it and the t-shirt printers handle the other stuff unless you are screening it yourself. I think I have some blank t-shirt images I used for a marketing campaign a year or so ago that required printing some shirts. I will poke around for them. Nigel
One of the best ways is to use t-shirt template, there are tons out there if you do a 'Web search', but here a cpl of good links: http://outlawdesignblog.com/2008/free-blank-vector-clothing/ http://www.driverseddirect.com/myspace/tshirttemplate.htm http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&extid=1045478 Just keep searching until you find one that suits you... you may even want to try dreamstime.com - good place for stock graphics and images... http://www.dreamstime.com/t-shirt-image5329761 Regards Boss Numbat
