I've written a social networking site from scratch but before i publish it i'm going back over the registration process and thinking about T&C's. Two Questions Really.. Firstly , to what extent will well written terms and conditions actually provide me with protection if anybody does something improper or offensive? Secondly, as im no lawyer can anybody recommend any sort of generator for standard terms and conditions. I guess my other option is to just grab whats on an existing social networking site and adapt. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
