    Those T & C checkboxes have been there on most ringtone offers throughout the whole year. I think they used to be checked by default but that was a long time ago.

    I think this one is different. this is what it says

    [ ] I agree to the Terms & Conditions and I understand this is a $9.99 per month paid subscription.

    The thing is it's not check by default, so the user needs to check it.

    Well, it's better to make users do that rather then to make them confirm their subscription with a second text message.

    Don't send them much traffic so difficult to tell, conversions seem a bit low the last couple of days but definitely getting conversions.
