Hi DPian, I need some guides/comments/suggestions on what should i prefer for the T&C between me & client & me & freelancer. The initial idea that we want to do this to avoid any FREE web service. There is cases happen where users just MIA when they have their website. I was thinking to have some agreement between me & client and me & freelancer. I need some input on what should i prepare.
