Hello, I have an ecommerce store. We sell many different items. We double check what we send out and sometimes we know for sure that customers are lying to us. For instance when a customer is ordering decorations for an event and they claim they are missing 1/4th of their order even though its all different items they are missing. What I believe happens is that they get their order, realize they didn't order enough, then claim they didn't receive products so that we will send them more. I am wondering what other companies are doing to prevent this. We have discussed setting up a video system. But going back and finding the time the order was packaged etc can be time consuming if the system isn't designed for this purpose. I am posting here to see if anyone who reads this knows of a system that is designed to capture a picture or video of items as they are put in the box so that I can prove that the items were packaged on our side. By the way I used Magento CE and love it.
