    Usually a sign of a hard drive going south!

    Run chkdsk /f/r from a command prompt or get disk diagnostic software from your drive manufacturer!

    Check your hard drive cable(s). Pull 'em out, and plug 'em back in again.

    Check both hard disk, make sure all cables has plugged properly.
