System got slow using GMail

    hi,

    Does using Google's GMail Standard view(which is having Ajax technology behind it) Computer System got performance issue?

    Is that happens to u while surfing Ajax technology makes page slow while loading?

    when i was using dialup i had problems using gmail but with a bit better speed it works fine and once it is loaded its very quick

    No problems like this here. Takes only a couple of seconds to log me in and then I can browse through the emails in an instant. :)

    Haven't noticed any performance issues and - AJAX usually improves loading speed in many ways so I doubt thats slowing the pages down.
