Syndications and Feeds

    I Need 3 things done on my website http://www.caloriesexpert.com (wordpress)

    1º - Has my is related with food, calories, nutrition fact i woul like to find lots of RSS complete sources to use it on my website, lets say enought to have more or less 5 to 10 posts a day.

    2º - Configure the syndication system in order to recieve and display those feeds as posts.

    3º - Every post should include a small banner from adsense

    4º - Also i have something like 600 *.php pages which each contain a nutrition article. I would like to arrange a dinamic way to pass thoose articles to posts. Not all at once but lets say 2 or 3 per day. I'm sending one attached file as an example
