Synchronizing Folders On Two Computers

    Hello,

    Is there anyway to Synchronize two folders on two computers. For example I want to Synchronize the My Music Folder in Windows XP with Music Folder in Windows Vista.

    So that if I delete a file from Vista then it should delete from XP too.

    Is that really possible? I am not asking about the Briefcase feature.
