Selling a webmaster forum I made for Sydney based webmasters last year mid-2009 (June).

The forum doesn't have many posts, but it does get organic traffic. You can monetize it with adsense and perhaps earn
a few extra $ per month. I'm pretty sure webmaster ads pay well per click.

Organic traffic is mostly from related searches, such as sydney webmasters, sydney webmaster forum,
sydney webmasters forum, webmasters in sydney, etc. and the site ranks #1 or #2 for each of these terms.

As mentioned above, the site does not currently make any revenue. You could add two adsense leaderboard (728x90) ads to the header and footer and perhaps make a few extra $ per month.

Reason for sale:

I had big hopes for this site, was hoping to make it the home for sydney based webmasters, because I know there are a good number of them out there. I don't have the motivation anymore, to do anything with this site. I've left it for about 8+ months now. I am also no longer living in Sydney.

I'm selling this site to anyone, whether or not they live in Sydney.
