switching sites with diff. hosting accounts..

    i have been running 8 domains under my hostgator account, one of the domains was my friends because he doesnt have his own hosting so i was managing his site the whole time. well he finally got his own hostgator account and i have transferred the domain to him and he set his account up...

    now how do i get the whole blog and content and everything from my cpanel to his so he has FULL control of his site and i have nothing left in my cpanel. no files or anything.

    easiest way:
    compress your friend's folder, download it and upload then extract it to your friends document roots

    Hello,

    Please do the following,

    Make a zip file of your friend's folder and send him. He can upload the zip file to his public_html with his FTP and then unzip using cpanel>> File Manager
    Also send him the database backup ( in .sql format ) to him so that he can restore the mysql database and copy it to his database created.
