Switched off my cell phone - how long you think i will survive? - Have you tried it?

    Hi,
    I have switched off my mobile phone, just need to try something different.
    What does this mean?

    -No Email Alerts
    -No SMS
    -No Calls
    -No Music :(
    -No Games (I dont play either :p)

    How long you think i can survive with it?
    Has any1 tried it!?

    Lol, depends on how much you use it, I think I can personally go for a couple days, not like anyone ever tries to contact me. I say not even a day =p

    No, I've got you beat. My phone fell in the toilet at the weekend and now only works when plugged into the mains. It has been off for 48+ hours.

    Its 7 hours till now, and don't think i don't get any calls my phone rings once every 10 minutes for some stupid reason lol
    emails, texts or calls :D
    Lets see how far i go :p

    Well..i'm not gonna try this crazy stuff...my girl friend will screw me if I switch off my cell and vice versa...

    I don't use it a lot anyway
    Only my GF and a good friend nobody else calls or i get calls very very rare ...

    Had to switch on after 8 hours only because people started calling at my home and on my wife's phone :mad: that's pretty embarassing

    It's really hard to survive without cell phones these days.. Can be switched off for max. a day and not more than that..

    i survived 2 weeks once! :confused: it all started with losing my BB (per usual) after 4 days, i honestly LOVED being without it, and dreaded getting it again - because it meant i had to communicate with people again.
