I think the most important question is will you still have all your mail.
Dont want to loose any of that M$ approved Spam now. :)

Amazing... but why not just get a gmail with a gbyte? Seems a little easier :)

    - I'm really just wondering, 'cause I have a 2mb hotmail account, and I don't really care to upgrade it... Isn't it still rather slow compared to gmail

I feel the same way, miko67.

If you have to do something illegal to upgrade your HotMail account, your mail conceivably could be in danger if they discover the deception. Why take that chance when you don't have to?

Hotmails recent inclusion of 250mb instead of the former 2mb accounts sounds like a desperate struggling attempt at keeping customers. Honestly though, go with Gmail and dump your old account.

    1. It's not old. It's 3 years old! For all I know, Hotmail has probably increased its limits too by now. Kind of pointless to revive this thread, IMO.

    2. Not everyone likes Gmail. I use it occasionally for certain purposes but I find the interface clunky and annoying.
