if one people download ten different files in one day, it count ten of just one?

First of all I am of the opinion that ES is a userfriendly OCH offering a lot of great uploadfeatures such as the uploadtool, FTP Upload and a mostly flawless remote upload. API-Upload and browser upload are also nice features.

Furthermore you can see nice statistics and you got an insight in the domains people are downloading your files from.

Since ES uses a 60 day survival time for inactive files it would be nice to have an insight whether a certain file is active or not, and ES doesn't provide you with this insight because downloads by Premium members are not shown in your file management.

The pay per download system is less favorable than that of Hotfile (and as far as I understood also Fileserve), since there you got paid per link and not 1 reward per IP address per day. Also for people that post larger amount of files/links (DVD's and collections), it is not very rewarding. If 1 link is downloaded you earn as much as 100 links are downloaded.

Furthermore it is very unclear how the reward system works: we have run a test and put a single link on a website run by some friends. In the Top Domain List about 12000 downloads were reported on a specific day (this could only be that one file we posted), however in the pay per download we only got rewards for about 25% of that amount of downloads.

The response by ES: only unique downloads are rewarded i.e. 3000 people have all downloaded the same file 3-4 times. A poll on that website in which 5000 visitors participated showed however that none of this group has downloaded the file more than once. Of course no ground for any founded blame towards ES, but I feel that uncomfortable that I won't renew my Premium Account anymore.

Conclusion: people who post small and single files may find their happiness by using ES. If you want to get rewarded for your many hours of uploading multiple files I would strongly advice you to look out for another OCH.

 

Support of easy-share is one of the WORST !

Yesterday they deleted 1471 MASTER file that I NEVER shared. Today they deleted over 2000 MASTER files, AGAIN (that I never shared). Only copies were shared. Some asshole from easy-share support managed to screw my complit MASTER file collection.
All MASTER files were uploaded during the last month on ACTIVE PREMIUM account.

Alexei told me that my files will not be deleted, only copies. Now all my files are deleted and I can't find Alexei online, EVEN if I sent him 2 URGENT emails. HE didn't found a reason (or time) to answer me.

I know easy-share for almost 2 years and their support SUCKS big time. + they have lot of assholes who don't understand anything there and only blindly clicking on 'delete' without thinking what they are deleting. MASTER files were deleted, while it should be copies, and not MASTER files. But ...in 2 days they deleted over 3500 MASTER files that I got.

Alexei is nowhere to be seen. And everytime I find him on skype he NEVER has time to listen what I have to say. He is always in a hurry somewhere. Well, if you can't find time for your uploaders, CHANGE your business !

 

easy-share.com is Scam Site, they unpaid and never got paid from easy-share , dont trust .

 

They are not, they always pay on time.. Weekly payouts without any requests from our end.

 

Not Weekly payouts , if you want to tell they dont scam just show screenshot they payout in 14-March-2011 , i dont received payout from they in 14-March-2011. NOW THEY BECOME SCAM SITE !
