Swish Vs Adobe Flash

I just came across Swish Max3, and would like to know whether or not this is a good tool for creating flash. I haven't used it yet, don't want to pay if it's lacking in anything. Is it comparable to Adobe's? Would you use it?

Download the free trial. Its great if you are not flash savvy like myself. That stuff has about an 8 minute learning curve. Anybody can use it. It is quite sound.

You can't do everything in Swish that you can do in Flash, but it's a lot easier to use for commonplace stuff.

Swish is cool. Have alot of inbuilt effects already installed. But it's up to you. If your looking for a quick way to make ad's or pretty slide show use it. But for more advance stuff such as using it for an application on your website, CS3 will definately be the best option. Will be easier to validate actionscript and get help for from other people.

Swish is a lot easier for on-the-fly Flash stuff. I'll make ads in Swish.

But, if you're looking to build something more robust and interactive, you'll need regular Flash.
