    Both are good for fitness,
Yoga is good for mental stress and
Swimming is good for your physical fitness.

Gentle on the joints, forgiving of injuries and other physical limitations, and deeply relaxing, swimming and yoga, when practiced together, unite their strengths, making for a more balanced athlete.

It is indeed the best combination. Swimming is excellent exercise for the muscles too. And yoga is not just great to make your body flexible but also improves concentration and mental health!

It takes time to learn Yoga. Could I replace it with Running? So it would be Swimming + Running.

    Anyone practice both?
