I think, all the games are good for health.... But if you want a finest & disease free body then i will suggest you to do swimming because it exercises all the parts of our body. Yoga is best than other exercises. It helps in wellness of physical as well as mental part of our body.. Wat u say ??????
Swimming is really a good exercise activity. That helps in increasing height also.And Yoga is also healthy exercise which can make us free from every disease.
Swimming is an excellent way to exercise most of your muscles, plus its enjoyable...doesn't feel like you're doing labour! And yoga's great for mental and physical well being so you're bang on target. I'd love to include just these two into my daily routine

Nice But yeah I love swimming as it helped me to get through a few broken bones in the passed which i picked up from some of the stupid things i do... it helped me bounce straight back and lose a lot of weight where if I hadn't been swimming then I would have probably just ended up as some sort of fat bastard :L

Swimming loosens your joints, running tightens them. I guess they both have advantages and disadvantages, but when it comes down to it, yeah, swimming is a full body workout.
