Hi guys. I need to hear your opinion - what is the best sport to keep you fit and healthy? Swimming or bike? I like both of them, but have time only for one.
I'd be inclined to stick to the bike but it's always good to mix it up to keep it interesting - especially if you are only aiming for fitness and not competition.
I think if given the choice between swimming and cycling, I prefer cycling because cycling is more interesting in my opinion, many sights we see while cycling.
swimming uses more muscle compared to cycling. We humans are required to use the entire body to stay afloat as oppose to sitting down on a bicycle. Furthermore, once u start swimming enough, you might want to check out water polo. its a very very good and interesting game. cheers buddy
