I am working on a site, and today Ive been working with the videos for it all day (recording).

I put one video up that i finished, but the first time you click play, it goes through it in about 3 seconds, then if you click play again it will do the normal speed and finish in 18 seconds.

It also does the same on my computer, so its not the code on the website. Anyone know what may be the problem? (not good with flash, had to follow a tutorial on how to make the flash player)

    Temperary site is: http://creativeklown.com/H3H/

What are you using to capture/ edit your videos?

I have a dvd recorder hooked up to my tv, and I just record my gameplay.

I dont really edit them, i just use windows movie maker to find the part I want and then export it.

Im testing out VirtualDubMod to see if i can put a watermark on the actual video instead of the video player.
