SWF Banner with 7 links: Google penalty?

    Hello,

    There is a friend who gave me his SWF banner (728x90) to place it on my site (a discussion forum). The problem is that this Flash SWF banner has 7 embedded links.

    If you want to see the SWF then you can download it from here. If you want to see it in action please visit Foros Peru (banner is at header - right).

    Did you think that it is a bad idea in terms of SEO to have this banner active on my site? Google like these type of SWF files?
