Hi All! Just noticed in my statcounter logs, one visitor returning to my blog repeatedly, clicking on my ads ( adsense showing 6 clicks but no earnings), I suspect this visitor. I do i contact about the issue with google adsense team and how do I ban his IP from seeing my blog. Thank You!
Well, if you are using Wordpress then you can use a plugin to block seleted IP's to access your site. But before that you will have to see that it was done from which IP. - Digital -
I think its probably a good idea to contact Google and let them know that you've seen the suspicious activity and taken steps to prevent it. You can set up an IP ban in your .htaccess files like this: order allow, deny deny from 192.168.1.1 deny from xxx.xx.xxx.xx allow from all
Thank you Digital shubhi, The ip's are : 122.161.218.192 122.162.134.198 122.163.243.212 I think these are dynamic ip's. In cpanel I have added these to my Ip deny manager.
This is a big problem, and one that shouldn't happen in the first place, don't let it get out of hand. Contact Google ASAP and inform them of this problem... then block his IP range not just IP... better yet to prevent him / her coming back under a proxy (which would look more suss under Google's eyes) i would set up a redirect for his IP and send him / her to a custom page "The website has been taken down due to no time to maintain the website" That way he / she won't come back under different IP's and continue clicking your ads.. Good luck

blocking IP's may not solve the problem. once the guy knows that you are blocking him, he will start using proxies. the best option is to contact Google. I hope you have also sent them the IP details.
