What are all of the possibilities for a verified account to be suspended?

All I can think of is
    - Money laundrying !
    - Someone sending you funds through a fraudulent account

    Anything else?

Well, if a verified account is verified using an illegal means such as a VCC, there is grounds for it to be suspended. Using fake details to verify an account can do that too.

Also if the account is a Personal account and it is used for business purposes, ie to accept sales payments to prevent paying the fees.

Something like that make cause one's account to be suspended.

well it is rare that a verified account gets suspended...
one tenth the frequency of an unverified account..!!

What if my account was verified, business account with over 150+ positive transaction. Would that make my account fairly safe from being suspended? (following all of the rules etc, I'm just worried about someone using a fake credit card on me, etc)

hmm i am not an expert on paypal..but from others experience this is what i think i know..

even if you are in good standing in paypal and if someone(who might be on watch or montired by paypal for fraud) sends or recieves money...and then later if there are chargebacks pertaining to it..there might be grounds for suspending your account/and or withholding your balance.

even though i use paypal a lot for almost everything, i am worried about these things most of the time, since you cant tell when the other side will be a good or bad guy ...

I had an issue with there being so many computers/laptops in the house and family members owning a PayPal account as well as me and all accessing it in the same house they became suspicious and suspended my account the lifted restrictions later on.

Well in your case even if someone sends you a payment with hacked credit card/ bad card then you are not in a big trouble. Paypal will simply refund that amount to the sender in case of a chargeback. But PayPal could ask for documents to verify your identity and this would help you resolving your account easily. So don't panic and enjoy :)

You won't have the account suspended, only the funds sent to you from the fraudulent credit card reversed.

    See Paypal's TOS and AUP.

If you breach anything listed there, it'll be suspended for sure as soon as it comes to paypal's attention.
