I just got suspended by Adwords and the only possible reason could be that I used a promo code sold to me by someone in a forum (elsewhere). As explained by them in the email: "We've reviewed your account and found that it unfortunately doesn't comply with the following promotional credit requirements: - The promotional coupon is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered. - One promotional credit per customer." I sure didn't use multiple promo codes, I only have one account and when I opened it I figured that, as a new advertiser, I was entitled for a promotional code. How come people are selling promo codes all over the place, including this forum, if it's not legal? And is everyone who used a purchased promo code getting suspended from Adwords? Also, does "suspended" mean "banned"? Or I can open a new account and be OK? Has anyone experienced this? Do you think I stand a chance if I appeal to this? Thanks.
People sell cocaine but it's not legal either. You're only supposed to use promo codes that you get on new accounts of your own. The people selling them are selling them illegally.
They are still selling and using and some time get banned Since vouchers are cheap so they take the risk
