Hi all, this sounds like a server problem to me. I have a webhosting business through a major reseller. Recently a few of my sites have been showing the 'suspended site' page. I have checked in the WHM and nothing is listed being suspended. The problem tends to come and go. I have contacted the reseller and they say that it's possibly server related. They run the servers, you think they'd know? Anyone know why this happens? A couple of the sites are hotrooms.com.au and hotroomsusa.com Can a few nice DP users check to see if they get the suspended page also, and let me know which country you are in. I'm in Australia and have a feeling it's something local. many thanks boomer
well at the time of this post, you have a bigger problem. the usa site is not returning a response at all. not even ping.
Thanks random, but thats the problem. I never suspended the sites and they are not marked as suspended in the WHM. And the better host idea sounds good. Can you recommend anyone? thanks again.
From Pennsylvania, USA... hotrooms.com.au shows fine and even www.hotroomsusa.com shows fine. The only problem I have found is the .com URL does not show without using the "www" prefix. I have fixed the same problem on our cPanel servers by editing the httpd.conf file. I found the ServerAlias line was missing in my case. And we would be glad to have you as a client at Kernow-Webhosting.com
