Thanks, Twitter Trust & Safety At the moment I am trying to recruit participants via Twitter to complete an online survey which I am undertaking as part of my Masters degree. This involves posting Tweets to certain pages with the link to my survey. Can anyone tell me am I not allowed to do this with regard to the above requests from Twitter before it reinstates my account? Here is an example of one of my posts which I previously Tweeted on Twitter -'I'm conducting a study within the GAA on CPR and automated external defibrillators. The link is: www.gaacardiacarrestsurvey.com Thanks!'I know that Twitter will reinstate my account but I don't want to make the same mistake again (whatever I am doing wrong) and have my account permanently suspended. Also, it appears that Twitter will only send out automated standard e-mails to everyone that are not in plain English! So if anyone has any advice or can provide an explanation it would be much appreciated!!Thanks,Emma
They have basically told you what the problem is,if you carry on posting those message you will be banned full stop.They appear to be giving you another chance by saying if you stop doing it your account should be all right.Only you can make that decision they are seeing it as spamming and nothing else i have to admit if it was my site and i was to see alot of those type of posts i would do the same. Its your call if it was me i would stop doing it and get my account back but as its your account only you can address the situation.
