I suspect that i am smart priced. How do i confirm this? my Page eCPM is only $1.50 + will it affects it? I am running adsense on a health blog of mine and it gets only $0.01 centers per click.

    Should i contact google?

It depends.. Do you have enough test data? This means is it at least over couple thousands impression and on organic traffic? Are these traffic from western countries? If you see all these true and still have the same ecpm then time to research more.

If you feel that a particular ad is low paying or irrelevant to the content of the site, block it by using competitive ad filters. Find out the high paying keywords in your niche and try to write articles based on them. Try to get traffic from US and the like to get a better deal for individual clicks.
