Have you considered surveying your email list? I recently tried it on one of my lists and it told me a lot about what my customers really wanted. It also gave me a lot of useful feedback on what to send out and become more solution orientated with my list. I recommend you guys trying it and seeing how it works for you. Thaks for the advice. I think is a good idea to ask customers out there what they want or expect from our services in the future. By doing that, we can improve the quality of our services to our clients and become more useful to them in anything they need. Thanks.
Nice idea you posted in here. This is a good call for everyone who tries to build a list that need a genuine customer or customers from the list. Doing the survey does not only give us an idea of who our customers are in the list, it also provides insight on which of them is the potential buyer of a certain product we might have.
