I know some of the questions may tempt you to screw around or w/e, but please answer as honestly as you can because it will affect my results and screw me over in the end if you lie... (3= average, 4=above average, 5=exceptional, etc) In this question, art encompasses everything from painting to drawing to scultping to graphic design with an artistic leaning. If you are very proficient in one area, then you can give yourself a 4 or 5. 6b) How important for you is it that your eventual life partner engages in the creation of art? (on a scale of 1-5, with 3 being somewhat important, 4 being important, etc) 7a) Please rate your musical ability on a scale of 1-5. (3= average, 4=above average, 5=exceptional, etc) 7b) How important for you is it that your eventual life partner engages in the practice of music?
