Hello board/Shawn, We currently use a paper form survey which we would like to adapt into the projects and/or planner section of Optigold. The currently survey is used among different departments on the company as a workflow tool to activate or deactivate a customer. 1) What are the possible solutions in Optigold to embed, attach, adapt or electronically fill the data of the survey into the Planner of an employee ? 2) We also would like to be able to statistically evaluate a team/person based on the assignements given on the planner. Is there a way to generate reports and graphs for such purpose ? 3) Our workflow begins when a seller finds a potential customer. For that we would like to let them (the sellers) be able to create a NOT ACTIVATED customer. Is it possible make Optigold Notify either by email or by the billing software that a new potential customer was added to the system? Does this customer count in the software license limits? thanks in advance, Monchi
1. It's not possible. 2. Not with the built-in reports, no. 3. You can have the system notify a specific email address when a new customer is added to the system (it's under the preferences where you specify the email address to notify). If they are added as a customer, it would use a customer license.

This what I am doing. -- Maintennances/Pereference -- General Preference -- Miscelllaneus I set all the email in there to a one email account to receive the notification. I also tried under the company preferences.. no luck. Monchi
