Survey Club offer

    The Club Survey offer seems great. The form is really short and it allows traffic from US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

    Has anyone tried this offer? Any luck? :)

    Yes, but not with azoogle.
    Surveyclub used to convert well, but now I am into promoting individual survey panels

    Does it pay more with another affiliate/CPA network? If so, would you be able to tell me which one? :D

    Their official affiliates are Roirocket which pays $1.25 which is less than azoogle.
    However, there are affiliates which pay more.
