    How is Surrogafier different compared to phproxy or CGIProxy ? Better ? Worse ? Blocking options ? Other features ?

    They are comparable when both 3 works but CGIProxy in more powerful.
    An example?
    You can use CGIProxy on rapidshare.com. Here a list of compatible site:
    surf.1pkr.com/rs.php
    The other 2 utilities don't work. And this is only an example
