    The 750 people are 3 distinct groups as i mention in my article, including webmasters, submitters and general websurfers.

    I still think about this article sometimes, and to me it is clear that directories are an important part of the web.
    Some people don't like them.
    Some people submit to directories religiously.
    Some directories are not well managed.
    Some are just for profit.
    Some are just for fun.
    Some are just for SEO.
    Some are just for saving favorites.
    Some are for exchanging links.

    But in the end...directories serve many different audiences, and it my pleasure in trying to help as best I can.
